Serenity

Seagulls fly over pool of shimmering water.
Mirror image below, a sky of clear blue.
Rising peaks in distance, do not falter.
They rise majestic, draped in misty hues.

Stillness over-rides, in a flutter of breeze.
Little stirs-no movement-in wide-open skies.
Gentle nature, gives pleasure with ease.
Space-vision, horizon reach far and high.

In all aspects, solace and peace covers all.
Middle of day, colours green and blue show.
Nature’s true colours, as only birds call.
In serenity, earth-water-sky-friends, no foe.
